• Rental includes access to the following rooms in the building:

  • Backroom (big room with table and chairs)

  • Bathrooms

  • Kitchen

• All other rooms and offices are prohibited and are NOT to be used.

• The garage is off-limits!   ONLY the renter themselves are to enter the building, unlock the front door for use. No other use of the garage is permitted!

 

Employees shall ensure the back door is unlocked to provide Renter access to the building.

 

RENTAL COST: The full rental fee for the use of the venue as described above shall be $40.00. The balance of the rental fee due, shall be payable to the Town of Elizabeth before the day of rental. Fee can be paid by cash or check only.

 

REMOVAL OF BELONGINGS: Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue when Renter took control of it.

 

LIABILITY: Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of the Renter or any of the Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.

 

DISPUTES: Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.

 

This is a business and not a playground. Please treat the building and its contents with care.

• There is absolutely no smoking in the building.

• No Vaping in the building.

• Alcohol is prohibited on the property.

  • Failure to comply will result in denial to use the building for events in the future and/or additional fees to adhere to any damages made.

• Do not mess with any equipment, tools, or parts that belong to the town.

 

Disclaimer: Security cameras are located in and around the building for the safety and security of the property and safety for the Town of Elizabeth staff.

With room rental, a Room Rental Agreement will be required to be signed.
